Welcome to Gochar. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Gochar is a Vedic astrology application that generates birth charts (Kundli), provides AI-powered astrological guidance through Aaroh, and offers compatibility analysis and reports. Our calculations are based on astronomical ephemeris data and classical Vedic astrological principles.

2. Not Professional Advice

Gochar provides astrological information for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on astrological readings. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

3. Account & Data

You are responsible for providing accurate birth details for chart calculations. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gochar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Refunds

Gochar offers pay-per-use pricing with no subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or Razorpay. Refund policies follow the respective platform's guidelines. Free daily questions (3/day) are provided at no cost and may be adjusted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Gochar are owned by us. You may share screenshots of your charts and scores for personal use. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Gochar for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the application.
• Abuse Aaroh with harmful, threatening, or illegal content.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free question limits.
• Scrape or automate access to our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gochar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on astrological content provided by the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
